Newsletter #14:
"Fighting Flapjacks?"

DATE: March 7, 2024

Friend --

I told you that mud season had begun…

… but I never imagined my opponent would spend campaign dollars attacking pancakes and the people who love them.

It is well established that my opponent is a constant contrarian who seeks perpetual conflict rather than conservative accomplishments.

While he’s off fighting flapjacks, I promise to never “waffle.”

I will keep professionally advancing real conservative achievements for the people of Geauga County.

And yes, be sure to look for me at pancake breakfasts all around Geauga. I genuinely love connecting with the people of Geauga County, and I hope it shows.

Connecting over pancakes makes it all the more joyful.

Carolyn Brakey enjoys pancakes and sausage with the good people of Parkman Township.

With Election Day only 12 days away, time is short as I work to deliver our campaign message — protecting paychecks, defending freedom, and defeating dysfunction — to Republican voters in Geauga County.

Can you make a contribution of $100, $50, or $25 to support our efforts to reach voters in the final sprint to Election Day?

Congressman Dave Joyce endorses Carolyn Brakey for Geauga County Commissioner.

As we hit the final stretch in this primary race, I am proud to receive the support and endorsement of so many Geauga Republicans — including our Congressman, Dave Joyce:

“Carolyn Brakey advocated for our children in Geauga County’s schools and stood up for concerned parents. She is the proven conservative leader we need on the Board of Commissioners.”

Dave Joyce, US Congressman, 14th District of Ohio

I am honored to have Congressman Dave Joyce join many elected officials and conservative citizens in support of our campaign — and I hope I can count you in as well.

Many people of Geauga County have been making their support known through letters to the editor in our local newspapers.

I especially appreciate a recent letter in the Geauga Times Courier from a particular voter: my husband, Matt Brakey.

Election Day, March 19, is only 12 days away.

Please make sure you have a plan to get out and vote to make your voice heard in this important election.

And if you are able, please consider a donation of $100, $50, or $25 to help fund our mail and digital voter outreach efforts in the final sprint to Election Day.

Thank you for your support!

For Liberty,
Carolyn Brakey

P.S. My opponent is spending campaign dollars attacking pancakes and the people who love them.

As Election Day approaches, I am proud to receive the endorsement of Congressman Dave Joyce and so many conservatives officials and citizens.

Can I count you in for a contribution of $100, $50, or $25 to support our efforts in the last 12 days until Election Day?
